BespokEvites is an online platform that is used to create and send digital invitations and provides some event management services (RSVP and maps/directions to venue) to help the purchaser (Event Host) gather and organise information on one platform and allows receivers (Guests) to communicate their response efficiently. All Hosts, Guests and browsers who access are considered (Users) of the site.
BespokEvites is not associated with any Event Host and only acts as an intermediate between the Event Host and their Guests.
This agreement only applies to events where the Event Host has opted for BespokEvites to manage Guests attendance and any other events hosted or produced, the Event Hosts will be administered by a separate agreement.
You must register with BespokEvites in order to make a purchase of any digital invitation and/or have access to certain features. Only registered Hosts may use the service to track/collect responses, review guestbook/media uploads and manage an event on the site.
Only registered members (Host) may login to personal account and access their personal information and history of events. Any Guest invited to join by the Host can RSVP to an event they have been invited to and leave a message on the Event Page without registering.
Registered users are responsible for their own personal login in details and the activity within their account. If a registered user feels there has been any suspicious activity on their account, it is their own responsibility to make BespokEvites aware and to instantly suspend their account.
BespokEvites hold no responsibility or liability of the deletion of data or information conveyed through the platform. You agree that BespokEvites have the right to remove any accounts that have been inactive for an extensive period.
If Event Hosts publicly advertise their event, BespokEvites may use the information accessible for own promoting, marketing, and business development purposes.
Pricing – BespokEvites have set all prices as a fixed price that is non-negotiable. BespokEvites has the right to change pricing when necessary for the business and/or add new fees. Users will be notified of these changes via the website prior to any pricing structures changing.
Some changes made to invitations are free, these only include minor text changes (spacing, sizing, wording, and positioning). Any other changes made to the invitations will have an additional charge.
All customised cards are priced depending on design and additional details required.
Payments – All invitations require full payment to submit orders. BespokEvites will send confirmation once order and payment has been processed. Orders will not be confirmed or progressed until payment is complete.
Card only payments are accepted.
Refunds – Once specification form has been returned to BespokEvites, all sales are non-refundable. In the event that any invitations purchased are not usable – for instance, due to the event being cancelled, rescheduled, moved to a new venue or due to over-sale of invites – BespokEvites will not issue any refunds to any Event Host purchasing invitations or event management services for any reason whatsoever.
Event Hosts agrees to forever indemnify BespokEvites, and every individual associated with the business from the time of service and on into the future, against any liability associated with the Event Hosts and their Guests.
BespokEvites respects the work of others and ask our users to do the same. If you believe your work has been copied, please do not hesitate to contact us, ensuring you provide enough details so we can find it on our site, your contact details and sufficient evidence of proof.
All our work produced remains the property of BespokEvites. It may not be reproduced, edited, printed in any form without written consent from BespokEvites. Any unauthorised or unlawful use of the work of BespokEvites or any other intellectual property rights will be subject to legal action.
BespokEvites only collect relevant personal information from Users to ensure a smooth and efficient process of invitation purchase, distribution, and event management for our Event Hosts.
